Aerothermal: How it works
The compressor generates a super saturated heat liquid which is passed through our heat exchanger (condenser). This heats the water in your cylinder.
The liquid is then passed through a heat exchanger (evaporator) which uses the outside ambient temperature by means of an internal fan, to begin the process of changing the liquid back to a gas. This gas is then brought back down to the compressor to begin the cycle again. This process will continue until the water reaches the required temperature i.e. 55°C set point.
The cooled exhaust air is extracted via ducting (this could also be used for cooling during the summer months). This highly efficient thermodynamic heat pump system provides 100% of your hot water needs, at a fraction of the running cost.
